Jaz drive data recovery

The Iomega Jaz drive was a popular removable disk drive for PCs and Macs. It has two basic sizes, a 1GB and 2GB. It largely replaced earlier Zip drive with capacities of 100MB and 250MB. Although Zip and Jaz look similar it is not possible to read a disk in both drives. As with all disk drives they can fail, or become corrupted, but CnW will recover what remains on the drive platter. It is also quite common now to have several Jaz disks but no drive to restore them on.

Typically, Jaz disks are formatted as FAT disks and so we can share many routines with our hard drive data recovery services. Macintosh Jaz disks can also be recovered. Thus deleted files, partially formatted and corrupted disks can all be restored.
