Terms and Conditions of Data Recovery Services

CnW Recovery will work to try and ensure full and accurate recovery of data from the supplied media. In all cases of data corruption, or damaged hardware there can be no guarantees of the quantity, or quality of data recovered.

CnW Recovery will not liable for any event that can result in further loss of data due to either hardware failure or as part of the recovery procedure. The maximum liability that CnW Recovery will accept is a refund of the price charged for the job.

Data retention

When appropriate, CnW Recovery will retain a copy of a disk image for a short period of time. This will mean that data can still be recovered if the media is lost or damaged while in transit. All data is treated as confidential, and CnW Recovery is registered under the UK Data Protection Act.
