With any small company, the directors are a very important part of the business. Also, typical of many such companies, the structure of the directors often changes. There are several reasons for this, but the main one is that as a company evolves, so do the requirements and asperations of the directors. Not everyone fits the same hole all of the time.
However, I can say that every director did make a very positive contribution to the company, and allowed the company to grow and flourish as it did. In hind sight, it was a fun journey, but a lot of issues along the way.
